The kitz clearly indicate what is included and those requiring the standard tool are also marked. Please read carefully. If the kit is missing a part described in the kitz page, please notify us within 5 days and we will ship the missing pieces out to you.

If the item was damaged in shipping, please notify us within 5 days by phone, mail or email and we will either replace or refund. Items such as "bags of stuff" are sent as is, and every effort has been made to keep them in the same condition they left here. Please contact us if there is any obvious problems within 5 days of receipt. If your are not completely satisfied with the purchase you have made, contact us by email within 5 days and we will make arrangements to replace, refund or settle any issue you may have.

As most of our stuff is limited stock, you may not be able to get an exact replacement of an item. Refunds do not include shipping costs.
